RETURN POLICY

WE ABSOLUTELY WANT YOU TO LOVE THE CORDINIĀ®!

We try to accommodate all customers when purchasing products. In doing so, please contact us immediately after receiving your order if there is an error so that we will have an opportunity to correct the issue. We sincerely want you to LOVE what you’ve purchased. Returns sent without our authorization will be discarded and no credit will be given. All unauthorized returns will be refused. All claims must be made immediately of the delivery date (within 5 days of delivery). If your package has been marked as delivered and you have not received your order, contact us immediately (within in 5 days of delivery) so we can start a claim for you.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us is the customer’s responsibility unless there’s an error on our part.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

LIFETIME WARRANTY AGAINST BREAKAGE OR DEFECTS

Damaged Packages and/or Breakage

Do not accept a badly damaged package!!!!! All orders leave our premises in good condition. Contact the shipping carrier IMMEDIATELY if Damage, Spillage or Breakage has occurred.

We offer lifetime warranty against breakage or defects, so contact our team as soon as possible so we can start a claim for you.

Original item must be returned a new one will be issued.

We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return).

ā€¢ Packing slip

ā€¢ Original Order Confirmation Number

ā€¢ Your reason for returning the merchandise

 

All returns must be shipped back to CORDINIĀ® using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)

Any package that has not been received by CORDINIĀ® and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange. Hopefully, this time frame will be shorter but because of the increased delivery from major shippers, it could take up to 14 days.

If your package is returned to CordiniĀ® marked as “refused”, “unclaimed”, or “undeliverable”, and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a re-shipping fee up to $6.00.
